Charge:

The Legislative Committee is responsible for monitoring legislation at the federal, state and local level that is of interest to, or may have an impact upon, the provisions of Emergency Medical Services in the region.  This may include items that reference EMS, Department of Health, Article 30, or other issues the Committee feels are related to the national, state, and local EMS communities or patient care.
